ZME Screw Element

ZME is a high-intensity distributive mixing toothed element in twin-screw extrusion systems, serving as an upgraded version of TME toothed discs. It is based on a single-flight reverse small-lead screw substrate with forward tooth slots machined on the flights. Combining strong distributive mixing with certain dispersive mixing capacity and full-intermeshing self-wiping performance, it is a core compounding component that balances mixing intensity and anti-stagnation requirements.

  Based on a single-flight reverse (left-handed) small-lead screw, with multiple forward-inclined tooth slots machined on flight top surfaces, forming an integral helical toothed structure.
