Side Feeder Screw

Intermeshing conjugate twin-screw side feeder screws are key metering parts for loss-in-weight side feeders of co-rotating twin-screw extruders. Two intermeshing screws run synchronously, self-clean via mutual flight wiping and deliver stable forced feeding. They fix issues like powder bridging, shaft sticking, unstable feed and fiber tangling that single screws cannot solve, and are standard for high-filler, glass fiber and color masterbatch production.
