Barrel Liner for Twin Screw Extruder

Extruder barrel liners are wear-resistant inner sleeves embedded inside main extruder barrels and side feeder barrels. As consumable core parts, they directly contact screws and raw materials, protecting the outer barrel body against abrasion and corrosion while supporting precise temperature control.

    Small extruders adopt single-bore integral liners; co-rotating twin-screw extruders use 8-shaped twin-bore liners; side feeders are equipped with parallel twin-bore liners with precise conjugate inner curves matching twin screw clearance.
