Conveying Elements
Our screw elements include wide single-flight, double & triple-flight types. Single-flight boosts material & efficiency, self-cleaning, suitable for low-density powders. Kneading Blocks
Kneading blocks are mixer enhancers in extruders. 30° excels in conveying, ideal for first kneading; 60° for superior mixing; 45° often used in series. Backward block reverses flow, boosts backpressure for mixing. 90° applies high energy, restricts flow, ensures melting, increasing screw fill.
Mixing Elements
Mixing Elements are designed for efficient mixing. SME elements utilize multiple backflow grooves to enhance dispersion with low energy consumption. TME toothed disk elements feature forward and reverse teeth pairing for good dispersion with moderate energy consumption. ZME toothed elements, with staggered angle cutting, deliver superior dispersion but consume slightly more energy.
